X41 provides Tabletop-Exercises as well as Purple-Teaming Exercises.

Tabletop-Exercise: A theoretical exercise investigating the what-if space of when an attack would happen. It involves all stakeholders of the company including technical stakeholders, C-Level decision makers and technical support staff. Blindspots in a company’s defenses get uncovered and wrong assumptions are challenged.

Purple-Teaming Exercise: Red and Blue give Purple: A collaborative practical exercise where real attacks are actually executed in a controlled way and collaboratively with the companyʼs staff. Attackers and defenders sit in the same room, physically or virtually. They collaborate on how to detect attacks and explore together where the choke points are to prevent the relevant attack vectors from being exploited. The goal is to provide a real world training experience of what would happen if an actual attack happens.
